 As
a service to suppliers and customers, Pincoffs provides trade law
evaluation and consultation. In addition, the Company has unique skills
in the area of trade legislation and works in close association with
the United States Department of Commerce, the U.S. Trade Representative's
office and the International Trade Commission. Pincoffs also maintains
extensive political contacts at the federal, state and municipal levels.
To help the Company remain current in the complex
arena of international trade, Pincoffs executives are actively involved
in major trade organizations. Executives serve or have served as
presidents of the American Institute for International Steel, the
American Institute for Imported Steel, Houston Chemical Association,
and the Texas Association of Steel Importers as well as vice chairman
of the U.S./South Africa Business Development Committee as part
of the U.S./South Africa Bi-National Commission.
